Psychodiagnostic

Establishing an accurate diagnosis from the start is crucial. A precise diagnosis not only helps to guide therapy optimally — and potentially shorten its duration — but also prevents moving in the wrong direction. To achieve a diagnosis, I use a range of questionnaires and tests (such as personality assessments, evaluations of anxiety or conflict management, and emotional functioning, etc.). These regular evaluations also provide a way to track progress throughout therapy.

If you simply want to take stock of your situation, it is possible to schedule a few sessions dedicated solely to establishing a diagnosis. This can help you clarify your needs, explore therapeutic options, and make informed decisions about the next steps.
